Submission Procedure

Submissions are to be original research papers not published elsewhere and not submitted for review for another conference or journal.

Format: The papers submitted for review should preferably be in the IEEE format (8.5" x 11", two-column). For the camera-ready version you will need to strictly follow the formatting instructions (read the instructions in PDF, DOC, LaTeX, PS) and layout instructions (read the instructions in PDF, DOC, PS; see also the IEEE CS Author Resources page). Please also take into account the advice here.

The paper limit including in the registration fee is 6 pages in the required format (or equivalent in another format: the number of pages in the camera-ready version). Longer papers will be charged  US$20 per additional page over the this page limit. If your paper is longer than 9 pages (in the IEEE format), please ask for our permission. You can extend your paper in the camera-ready version if such extension is necessary to address the reviewers' comments. However, under no circumstances are you allowed to reduce your paper after it has been reviewed.

Double blind review: The submissions must not contain the names of the authors or their affiliations, as well as must not contain any information that may reveal the identity of the authors. Submissions not meeting this requirement may be rejected without review.

Submission procedure: We accept only electronic submissions, in PDF format. Submission procedure is divided into two steps: as soon as you can, but before the abstract registration deadline, the paper is to be registered; only the title and tentative abstract is required at this stage. Then the full text of the registered papers is to be uploaded before the paper uploading deadline. To submit a paper, use the

 WEB PAPER SUBMISSION SYSTEM

We reserve the right not to allow registering new papers or uploading full text of the papers after the respective deadlines, as well as to reject without review papers that do not follow the formatting guidelines, reveal the authors' identity, or otherwise do not meet the requirements.

Registration

Registration fee is as follows. Note that one author registration fee only includes publication of one paper. For each published paper, a separate fee must be received before the camera-ready deadline. Payment method: via the web system.
